If you need to obtain a Purchase Order (PO) number to complete your order, our online store makes it very easy to do. Follow these simple steps:
1. Place your order as you normally would. Select the quantities and types of products you would like to order, and follow the directions as normal.
2. Check the Purchase Order Checkbox. When you get to the "Payment Method" section, make sure that you check the "Purchase Order" checkbox.
3. Confirm your order as normal. Continue following the checkout directions, and submit your order as normal. Instead of your order being submitted for processing, a quote for your order will be generated, and your order will be stored in our system until you are ready to submit a PO:
4. Print or e-mail your quote. You will receive an e-mail with a quote for your order in it, which you may print out or e-mail to the appropriate person or department. Also in the e-mail are instructions on how to complete your order after you have obtained a PO:
5. Submit your PO information and finalize your order. By following the link in your e-mail or by logging into the store and clicking 'My Account' and viewing your order, you will be asked how you wish to submit your PO (via web, e-mail, or fax). Select your option, follow the instructions, and submit your order!
