April 12, 2013 – Polyera has achieved a certified world-record efficiency of 6.4% for fully-polymeric organic solar cells . This result was obtained in an inverted bulk heterojunction architecture combining Polyera new ActivInk® PV2400 polymeric donor and NV2400 polymeric acceptor semiconductors.

April 10 – Polyera's Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Antonio Facchetti was recently named a Fellow by the Materials Research Society, a preeminent research association in materials science.

September 5, 2012 – Polyera has achieved a certified world-record 5.2% efficient fully-polymeric organic solar cell in an inverted bulk heterojunction architecture combining their new ActivInk® PV2400 donor and NV2400 acceptor materials.
