Polyera's ActivInk™ materials are solution-processed and designed to deliver optimized performance for various applications and manufacturing processes for the flexible electronics industry.

Several of ActivInk™ N-Series organic semiconductors have demonstrated exceptional performance such as record electron charge carrier mobilities of 3 cm²/Vs for solution-processed transistors, and excellent operational and environmental stability. Furthermore, these materials have been successfully formulated for the fabrication of devices by inkjet and gravure printing.

In addition, our deep understanding of interfacial effects has allowed us to create a variety of ActivInk™ D-Series organic dielectrics to increase transistor performance, stability, and lifetime.

By combining our ActivInk™ N-, P- and D-Series, we are unique in offering material platforms that enable product developers to design flexible electronics in complementary mode - the equivalent of CMOS used in the traditional electronics industry.
